An unusual request - comfort food for the Autumn

Hi all,

Since the weather is beginning to change towards proper Autumn weather here in Denmark I am feeling an urge for proper Autumn comfort food.
So since we’re an international guild I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for traditional and authentic (proper authentic) recipes that suits the season we have entered.

Links to recipes are fine but if you have your own personal recipes that you want to share that is just fine too :slight_smile:

Having lost my heart to Scotland I have a thing for stews and pies. essentially pub grub.
